Sick for a week, now has swollen, red gums – what can it be?

0

My 23 month old daughter has been sick for almost a week now and her gums have become swollen and very red. She has completely gone off her food and any milk she drinks before bedtime comes straight back up again. She is well hydrated and is having wet and dirty nappies. I would be very grateful if you would let me know what this may be and what I need to do to make her better.
