Click the “Preferences” tab in the lower left section of the web mail screen. Scroll down to the “Vacation Message” section and check the “Enable” checkbox. Enter your vaction message in the text area. Click the “Save” button just below the “User Preferences” headline. To disable the vacation message, clear the “Enable” checkbox and the text area. Click the “Save” button just below the “User Preferences” headline.
