Shouldn the email notification sent to employee upon completion of SRPE application be delayed to allow time for counseling/discussions?
The email notification is sent to the Employee immediately upon the completion of the SR finalizing the SRPE. However, what is delayed is the ability for the employee to view the electronic SRPE form in their SRPE Employee module by 60 days. The Employee should get the signed copy of the finalized form through their Senior Rater as soon as possible.
