We are. A significant portion of the Reach!’s $300M goal is dedicated toward supporting patient care and community health projects. However, the Region also understands that there is a direct link between health research and outcomes for patients. By supporting projects across the continuum of health care, from research and education to patient care and community health and wellness, we will have a significant impact on the health system as a whole – ultimately resulting in improved patient care and outcomes.
