Should young people uner the age of eighteen have the same due process rights as adults?
In the same spirit people under the age of 18 should be free to pursue opportunities that will keep them out of trouble with the law. They should be free to get married, to learn a trade to qualify for a high enough paying job so they don’t have to sell illegal drugs to pay their rent, to drive, to see a movie of their choice, to pursue life, liberty, and happiness as guaranteed them under the constitution of this country.
