Should you work the bieceps and triceps in the same workout?

It’s entirely up to you. You can train them together or seperately as part of a split routine or together in a full body routine and it won’t make any significant difference to your progress. A common split routine is to train the chest, back and legs one workout and to train the shoulders, biceps and triceps the next. Arnold Schwarzenneger used this as one of his main ‘bulking’ routines. Almost any routine will work if you focus on increasing your reps or weight within 1-6 reps for strength or 6-12 reps for size and some strength. It is also important to rest long enough between workouts. Good luck and remember that if you work out consistently you will get good results.
