Blue Color for some of the file names only comes when the files are either compressed or encrypted either by user or by system or they are on encrypted or compressed drive as a whole. You can disable this feature via opening My Computer –>Tools –> Folder Option –>Click on View Tab. Uncheck Show encrypted or compressed NTFS files in color.
