Should we tighten the UK age of consent law ?
You know the age of consent doesn’t matter to 13, 14, 15 year olds having sex. I didn’t lose my virginity until i was 20 and i’m still with him. My first sexual encounter was when i was 18. It’s just some teens think it’s cool and i don’t. I don’t think i was really mature enough to have a relationship back then. My bf and i have wanted children since before i lost my virginity to him which i think is how people should be now days. I think they shouldn’t have sex until they are ready to be parents. A lot of kids are in a rush to grow up. I know plenty of people my age who wish they were still kids. My bf, my mum and my sister were all 15. My bf was with a 38 year old and she had his baby 2 years later (hasn’t seen him since he was a couple of months old, her fault not his – she had an affair, he went mad, she got a restraining order on him. He wishes he knew where his son was). My sister was with an 18 year old (she married him). Kids will still have sex whether the age of consent is 1
