NCERT textbooks are recommended by CBSE and you may also consult other quality books for enrichment if necessary. My son is appearing for the CBSE Class X Board exam this year. Kindly clarify whether the 15 minute period allotted to read the question paper is over and above the three hours allotted to answer the question paper. S.
