Should we not all push for geothermal solutions for heating homes?
That would be great. Geothermal is a plentiful source of energy below our feet. But, here in the early 21st Century, we simply don’t know how to tap it in any systematic, efficient way. It’s a heck of a technological challenge: How are we going to run heat exchangers miles deep under the earth’s surface? Society needs to financially support research & development of geothermal.
