Personal opinion, no…to fly to CN after clearing Customs you would wait to get shuttled over to another part of Mobay airport, wait to board a small airplane for the 15 to 20 minute flight to Negril, wait for a van to take you to CN a couple of minutes away. You may save 15 to 20 minutes. Is it worth the money and the extra luggage handling? Only you can decide.
