I’ve been without a dentist for 3 years now, because my previous dentist decided that he wanted a new Porche and dropped all his NHS patients in favour of all private. I didn’t have £200 a year just to get appointments. The NHS has, so far, failed to attract any new dentists to the town and plans for a new surgery are on standby.
