Should UEFA allow Champions League teams to contest Red cards?

As football is no longer a sport its big business. Big business security should be brought in. This means video replays on a big screen for ALL to see or watched by a fifth official. This is only an Extension of the radio links that are used by the officials. This can only be good for the game. Players would no longer harass the ref, the ref could see hand balls and which side of the line the foul was made (penalty or not) did the ball cross the line. The list is endless. The ref could then give a red card that could not be contested but until this happens the red cards must be able to be disputed. Some of the refereeing is a disgrace to the the game as is the actions of some players and managers.
