PAUL FEINER Greenburgh Town Supervisor You may not be aware of this, but the City of Yonkers has just issued a total ban on all gas powered leaf blowing equipment from June 1st to Sept. 30th. Violators will be subject to fines. As you know, Scarsdale has already done this, and strictly enforces it’s law. There is no down side to Greenburgh adopting a regulation like this.
