I love Indiana Jones and always love Harrison Ford in the movies. This series of movies has always been about entertainment. If I wanted an Ingmar Bergman film, I would probably go see Fanny and Alexander or something…which I loved, by the way, no matter how disturbing in parts… . But, Indiana Jones has always been about raw American entertainment. Yes, perhaps the original sense of novelty is no longer there as we might have experienced in the very first IJ movie. The reviews are mixed. But, Harrison Ford and Steven Spielberg are real pros and I cannot imagine our expectations not being met by this new release. I haven’t seen it yet; but, I hope to soon. . .
