I do not understand what you mean by ‘strict regulations’ and also who would administer these regulations.

I personally, do not think there should be any more regulations on the use of the internet. I think that there should not be that many rules when using the World Wide Web. People should be able to do anything that is like not gross, or illegal in real life. I do not think regulations have really shown up recently, I pretty much think that everything is good the way it is now. So generally, my answer is No.
