This is an old argument, The fact is that they were to busy using war equipment for wining the war and diverting fro more important strategic targets would have slowed the final victory down. So the is no. After all the aim off wining the war was not to save people in concentration camps regardless of their religion or creed, but to stop Hitler from taking over the world.
