It should stay as it is but be implemented properly and if one official body (police, social services, health visitor, family Doctor, hospital staff, teaching staff) disagrees it should go before a court immediately (the police objected to Baby Peter going home) If this had been the case then Baby Peter might still be alive, but then if anyone had done their job properly he’d still be alive.
