Should the Native Americans apologise for scalping the early European explorers?
Actually, it was the colonists who started the practice of scalping the Natives, with money being paid for each scalp. On the subject of apologies, it is also about time that the peoples of the African continent apologised to each other for all the civil wars, genocide, famine and other atrocities commiyyed in the post colonial era. Bob Mugabe etc have a lot to answer for. The Scots should also apologise for making a mess of modern Britain too.
