Should the media be prevented from sensationalist reporting of current court cases?

The media have definitely whipped up the public into a fury over Baby P, I don’t know why the public got on the bandwagon in such huge numbers ( me included ~ before the thumbs downers start ) more than any other battered/abused tot. When I see the way the Sun newspaper will just not let it lie there is only one excuse for it ~ scaremongering. They are trying to raise a million signatures on the petition, but for Gods sake its at the expense of his dignity now in my opinion. In answer Yes ~ I think its a disgrace some of the reporting on certain cases.
