66. Yes, Solicitors should be encouraged to undertake pro bono work within the context of CLSPs. Many solicitors provide services in Citizens Advice Bureaux as advisors, honorary advisors and members of Trustee Boards and contribute in other ways to the development of CLSPs and the planning process.
