Here’s a customer review: The high/low/off switch on my desk lamp allows high 50-watt and lower illumination with this halogen bulb. This is a very useful feature. Halogen bulbs come in different designations that have different size plugs/prongs on the bulb. The two bulbs in this package have the T4 JC designation. If T4 JC is not printed or stamped somewhere on your lamp, the lampshade, the original box, or the papers that came with your lamp this bulb will not fit properly into the bulb sockets in your lamp. If the numbers don’t match use another halogen bulb that matches the bulb designation on your lamp. This bulb is very hot, very bright, and will burn fingers. Under no circumstances touch the bare bulb when removing it from the packaging. Hold it in a clean handerchief or something similar during installation. Otherwise, oil on your skin will cause the bulb to burn out prematurely. The price is fair and includes free shipping. Have had these bulbs for one month. No problems with
