Should the following minimum monitoring information be provided in respect of each policy: principal means of implementation, responsibility for implementation, timescale, resource implications, and targets and indicators (using national or regional targets and indicators where appropriate)? The council has revised the indicators for this DPD to ensure there are indicators and targets for each policy, linked to the proposed new objectives. All of the policies in this DPD are to be implemented by the Council. Responsibility for implementation will be via the Development Management function by using the policies to help determine planning applications received in the DPD area. This will be carried out within the timescales shown and using established monitoring practice through the AMR which is the responsibility of the Council’s Strategic Planning Team.
