Should the Double Jeopardy Rule be abolished?

They can always be charged with a different crime under a different statute. I’d much rather seen double jeopardy kept in place that to allow the government to repeatedly try someone for a crime that they have been found not guilty of by a jury of their peers. They could keep it up until they got the “right” jury to put them away. I’d rather not let the government have that much power.
