Should the DEP revoke Connecticut Water’s water management license?

At the tender age of nine I learned the inversion released acid on the top into baking soda at the bottom transformed both compounds into the foam. There is a lot of asbestos concrete pipe around, especially in New England and New York that has not caused a problem up to this point… Yes, but there are only a handful of places in New England and New York where the water is essentially an acid. Concrete is caustic
