Should the consultants proposal include MEP engineers or will they be selected jointly after the design team selection?
The MEP for the project will be made as a second tier selection after the selection of the Architect. The selected architect will be asked to suggest MEP firms for the interview and members of the building team will interview and select MEP firms with the help of the architect prior to formalizing the architect’s contract.
