Should the Chevy Tahoe Hybrid have been named 2008 Green Car of the Year?
Hybrids are a good first step but they they still pollute just less. A green car of the year should produce no emmisions. Fully electric cars only pollute at the electric plants which are far more efficient than internal combustion engines. They even make sports cars like the Tesla Roadster 0-60 in 4 seconds.
