Should the AFL have a no tolerance policy for drugs?

100% yes! There are quite obviously players out there doing the drugs and getting away with it. No one can possible think that the 12 that were busted were the only ones. They were just the dummies that got caught! We know from Ben Cousins that he got away with it for a long time and only got caught out after giving himself up. The thing I hate is that you have 17 year old kids playing the game and they can be busted twice before anyone else finds out! By that time, way too late as some drugs (eg Ice) are addictive from the fist time taken. I am not sure of the reasoning behind Ben’s extreme “sentence” imposed by the AFL. I think he should have been punished, but he was never arrested for anything (probably because he was a fast runner and a good swimmer). The only thing I can think of is that the AFL were trying to prove a point and whoever was the fist to get busted, was gonna get hit with everything, no matter who they were. He never tested positive. Was never caught with anything i
