Should states ban junk food in school?

Yes! The school system here is always complaining about not having enough money available, but yet they have buffets catered for lunch! It seems to me that it would be cheaper to have a balanced meal that is prepared at the school. As there are at least 8 lunch people per school already, I don’t see where they would have to hire anyone else. What do they do with the left overs? They throw them away! When I suggested giving it to the centers that feed homeless people, I was told that they weren’t allowed to do that because they could be sued if someone got sick! By preparing a one menu meal, they would not only serve a balanced meal, but also save money.
