You should update your staff database as soon as possible to include sufficient information for questionnaires to be distributed by internal mail to members of staff. If staff do not have awork address (for instance, staff who work solely from home), then home addresses should be used for distribution, subject to the conditions laid out in section 2.5 of the Guidance Notes.
