Should spark plug cap have continuity from screw in tip to inside metal plug clip??
I have none. Thanks for your help, ANSWER: Two different answers 1, if it is an electric clutch you would have to take it completely out of the system. Unplug from the PTO switch and jump wires. The other is a neutral switch that is engaged when the unit is in neutral. The module cannot be jumped but the other switches can. There could be one on the handle by the pistol grip controls or if T-Bar under the control panel. 2, if it is a mechanical clutch there is a switch under the control panel for the engagement lever. It can be jumped with a jumper wire. If there is an on and off key switch this too can be jumped. Same with the pistol grip or T-Bar controls. I think earlier that you said there were wires coming out from under the flywheel. If so there is an electric clutch. The PTO switch is a double pole double throw switch. This means that the switch does two things and both circuits have to work. Go to www.toro.com, click on landscape contractor and clips to where you can look up pa
