Should Spanish be the native language of AMERICA?
America is not just the United States, it is North America, Central America and South America! Not to mention the Spaniards arrived here more than a century before the Pilgrims. Therefore, because many areas of the West and Southwest were once part of Mexico, we can say with certainty that Spanish has been spoken in America for more than 500 yrs- and it’s still America.
