Yes, immediate help. Those are the first signs of schizophrenia. Let me tell you a bit about it from my first hand and third hand experience with my family. The first symptoms are the voices like you said, and those voices aren’t just some stranger’s voice, it’s someone you knew in the past, God, The devil etc. People that actually hear voices (not the lazy a*holes looking to mooch off the government) will hear voices from people they knew or fictional characters they heard about, that’s why they always do what the voices say cause they trust and think the voice is someone real. Like the old saying goes “Crazy people don’t know they’re crazy” Yes, anyone hearing voices that are not of their own thoughts, should seek medical and psychological help ASAP.
