Should slaughtering animals be allowed in the streets?

0

I think that consumers of meats should have the freedom to slaughter the animals personally. Although, I would not recommend a street for that purpose because of public contamination. Instead, I suggest that a special slaughter room be attached to every McDonald’s. That way the customers could be assured that the animals are slaughtered humanely by performing the work themselves. The children will also be educated regarding how the happy meal is made. Also, consumers will be assured that the flesh is fresh. This could also work for supermarkets that sell assorted meats. We would probably need to give these businesses the same zoning restrictions that are applied to slaughterhouses due to health concerns and noxious odors.
