Should Service Type total match Population Type totals?
1.) Applicants should provide only relevant data for the enabling services for special populations project proposed under this funding opportunity. Applicants that are proposing to initiate/expand enabling services at more than one site should report aggregate data for all of the sites included in the proposed project. (See page 88 of the guidance). 2.) Yes. Patients and Visits by Service Type data should match the total Patients and Visits by Population Type.
