Should schools ban children from eating cake? Does your child´s school have extreme food policies?
I think some schools go over the top with the healthy breaks my daughter was told off in front of the class for bringing in a small packet of jammie dodger biscuits i packed her a small fruit bowl but said to her if you feel ill later on have a jammie dodger at break-time my daughter is on 3 different types of medication which sometimes upsets her stomach the teacher made a terrible fuss over it and now my daughter wont eat the jammie dodgers even at home she is careful what she eats anyhow and is very healthy with veg yoghurt’s carrot sticks being her favourite, i tell her she must eat because of the medication but shes scared to bring her break out now as its scrutinised by her teacher
