A. Management review, via audits and other forms of internal assessment, of QA controlled activities under their purview are required by 10 CFR 63.142. Documents related to these topics must be included in the LSN. Safeguards or Fire Protection management assessments of activities that are not important to safety or waste isolation should not be included in the LSN.
