Should Russian Students Learn English Or Chinese Language For the Future?
Not long ago, the Russians, Chinese, Brazilians, and Indians all met in the BRIC conference. They were trying to set up a trading bloc that would help all of their economies to better. They even talked about removing the US dollar as the main global reserve currency and/or coming up with something new that they could use to trade amongst themselves, something that would become so powerful it would become the new standard. Most global economists consider that laughable, and in reality it is; however, it is obvious they are trying to work through their own individual economic problems and come up with something creative. You must understand that the Russian economy was perhaps hurt extremely badly during the global economic crisis, but that is to be expected because they were on shaky ground to begin with.
