Should Ricky Hatton surrender his nickname?
Do you also feel Bret “Hitman” Hart should have changed his nickname? Are you going to change your ‘nickname’ because you’re not really a German rabbit hunter? No. So don’t be a tool. You clearly have a big issue with Hatton. Just accept the fact that he’s a good fighter and move on. Why would someone prone to getting cut, deliberately headbutt people and risk losing? That’s right, they wouldn’t… Are you also asking the same question in the wrestling section because of Bret “Hitman” Hart? Edit: I realise wrestling isn’t real, I was making a point. Do you think ‘hitmen’ around the world are of the view that Hearns shouldn’t have the name because he hasn’t ‘earned’ it by actually assassinating someone? No. It’s a foolish question and deserved such a response. As I said, just accept that Hatton is a decent fighter, nickname or no nickname.
