A. Reviews, inspections and audits of Waste Management activities that related to quality must be included. Quality records that report the results of reviews, inspections and audits of waste management activities important to safety or waste isolation are required by 10 CFR 63.142. Guidance to NRC staff on evaluating DOEs compliance with the requirements for inspections and audits is provided in Sections 2.5.1.3 Acceptance Criteria 10 and 18 respectively of the Yucca Mountain Review Plan.
