A. Reviews, inspections and audits that are related to quality must be included. Quality records that report the results of reviews, inspections and audits of activities important to safety or waste isolation are required by 10 CFR 63.142. Guidance to NRC staff on evaluating DOEs compliance with the requirements for inspections and audits is provided in Sections 2.5.1.3 Acceptance Criterion 10 and 2.5.1.3 Acceptance Criterion 18 respectively of the Yucca Mountain Review Plan.
