A. Reviews, inspections and audits of the design and any related procurement for onsite transportation activities should be included. Quality records that report the results of reviews, inspections and audits of transportation activities important to safety are required by 10 CFR 63.142. Requirements for inspections and audits are described in Sections 2.5.1.3 Acceptance Criteria 10 and 18 respectively of the Yucca Mountain Review Plan.
