A. Reviews, inspections and audits of logistics activities related to quality must be included in the LSN. Quality records that report the results of reviews, inspections and audits of logistics activities important to safety or waste isolation are required by 10 CFR 63.142. Requirements for inspections and audits are described in Sections 2.5.1.3 Acceptance Criteria 10 and 18 respectively of the Yucca Mountain Review Plan.
