Should restorative justice activities be included under a Supervision Requirement rather than an Activity Requirement?
It depends on the nature of the restorative justice activity proposed as well as the type and length of requirements proportionate to the offence. All YROs should have restorative justice principles underpinning their delivery and as such it is perfectly appropriate to deliver reparation as part of a Supervision Requirement.
