The Americans with Disabilities Act does not give you the right to infringe on the rights of others. Before you start giving the thumbs down please understand I am a mother of two year old twins and one will be evaluated for autism next week. Both are developmentally delayed. Autism, ADD, ADHD, and any other developmental or mental disorder are NOT excuses for bad parenting. My kids are two years old and they both have developmental delays. We think that my daughter may be autistic. I do not allow my children to disrupt others. She may stand in her chair and she may not act the way you would want your child to act, but she is quiet, and doesn’t scream, or throw things, or disrupt others in any way. My sister also has a Autistic son and he is quiet and polite at all times. He is never a screaming yelling, out of control child and never has been. He may do some things that are a bit strange to you and I but he doesn’t disrupt others. He is the sweetest kid you will ever meet. My brother
