Should reimbursement for travel expenses be considered income when I am completing a HMS Disclosure Form?

The HMS Policy does not directly address this issue. For the moment, HMS will accept that reasonable expensed related to travel on business do not represent income. However, business expenses that are not included as income do not include travel for a family member, expenses for a vacation that follows a business trip or other expenses that would not be considered necessary for completion of the business activity.
