Should Rafa Benitez get sack or fire?
Liverpool are already in financial dire straits as it is. Sacking Rafa will put an even bigger burden on this. He only signed a new contract 9 months ago and sacking him will require Liverpool to fork out about $20m pounds as payout for the rest of his contract. We really can’t afford that sort of money at this point in time. If we do sack him the club will be forced to sell even more players to make up for the loss of money which means we will be even more mediocre on the field and will thus set us back another one or two years before reaching the summit of football again. Keeping him is the only option here even though I really don’t agree with it. It really is a lose-lose situation for Liverpool Football Club at the moment. Hope they pick up soon. Go Reds!!!
