Should questions, that seek to make a point, be barred from AB?

Questions trying to make a point are some of the best questions on here in my opinion. If worded well, they can illict stong feelings and get passionate answers from many viewpoints. Quesions seeking to recieve points should be barred – but there is not a way to police that.
