Should program analysis (R103.9) and program analysis support (R103.10) FTEs be interviewed?
Yes if they serve an extramural function (program, review, or Extramural Administrative Support Review management). We understand that this will include staff with a broad range of grade levels and responsibilities. However, because ICs may use a wide variety of titles and grade levels to perform this function, the Extramural Administrative Support Review Function committee can think of no other way to achieve equity across ICs. The interviews will help determine which functions fit within the developing Performance Work Statement and which do not.
