A. Those logistical procedures and instructions for performing activities important to safety or waste isolation must be included. Operations affecting quality must be prescribed in procedures and instructions that include appropriate acceptance criteria, and their issuance and revision must be controlled in accordance with 10 CFR 63 Subpart G. The broad NRC requirements for quality-related instructions, procedures, and drawings are described in Section 2.5.1.3 Acceptance Criterion 5 of the Yucca Mountain Review Plan.
